The featured activity of the Polar Bear Plunge Festival is Sunday's chilly plunge into the Atlantic Ocean, but there's a lot more too, including a 5K, sand and ice sculpting demos, festivities, and restaurant chili contest. It's all to support Special Olympics Delaware.
