Board of Commissioners Workshop & Special Meeting - Dec 4

The Board of Commissioners will hold a workshop meeting at 9 am Monday, December 4, on the second floor of City Hall. At 2 pm the same day, commissioners will hold a special meeting and are expected to enter executive session as permitted by Delaware state code.
