Permit of Compliance Hearings - March 8

The Board of Commissioners will hold three permit of compliance hearings as well as an executive session related to the hiring process for a new city manager during a virtual special meeting at 9 am Tuesday, March 8. The hearings will address requests received related to three properties:

• 510 Rehoboth Avenue
• 42 1/2 Baltimore Avenue
• 305 Rehoboth Avenue

Due to the public health state of emergency, the anchor location is closed to the public. The meeting will be livestreamed via the city's Legislative Portal. Residents and other stakeholders may pre-register to speak during public meetings by emailing [email protected] at least 24 hours in advance.
