C. Consider motions to support the installation of two proposed State historical markers to be located on or near the Boardwalk - one recognizing the Rehoboth Beach LGBTQ community and Poodle Beach and a second one recognizing the Rehoboth Beach Patrol.
D. Consider sale of real property owned by the City located at 84 Kent Street, Rehoboth Beach, Delaware 19971, Tax Parcel No. 334-13.20-144.00.
1. Conduct a public hearing to receive public input on potential sale of said real property owned by the City.
2. Consider the question of whether it is in the public interest to sell the specified real property owned by the City.
E. Consider authorizing the Mayor to seek State sponsorship of amendments to the Charter, Section 17, City Manager and Section 21, Police Force, to clarify that the City Manager may delegate supervisory authority over City employees and City department, including the Beach Patrol Captain and the Beach Patrol and other amendments within those sections.
12. New Business
A. Discuss a proposed amendment to the City of Rehoboth Beach Municipal Code creating Chapter 195 titled Parks and Recreation regarding general rules and regulations and including rules and regulations specific to the Grove Park Canal Dock
B. Consider appointment of Francis Markert, Jr. as a member and chair of the Parks & Shade Tree Commission.

- MEETING INSTRUCTIONS -
**The Board of Commissioners is holding this meeting under the authority issued by Governor John C. Carney through Proclamation No. 17-3292.(1) The meeting will be conducted using video-conference technology.
Members of the public wishing to speak will be required to pre-register with Ann Womack, City Secretary, at [email protected] at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the meeting.
Citizen comment will be administered by a moderator to ensure everyone has an opportunity to comment. You will not be able to speak until called upon by the moderator.
Registered members of the public joining the meeting on the phone or by computer will be provided an oppotunity to make comments. Citizen comments regarding Old Business, New Business and Committee Reports will be heard during each agenda item after discussion by the Board of Commissioners or at the discretion of the Chair and prior to any vote being taken. Speakers shall state their name and address. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes or at the discretion of the Chair. Comments on non-agenda items will be heard under "Citizen Comment".
The City will stream this meeting using the same technology it uses for its chamber broadcasts that can be viewed on the City portal at /Portal/ or YouTube. This stream will broadcast the meeting, the public will not be able to comment or speak using this broadcast. This stream will experience a 30-second delay.
The Board of Commissioners meeting materials, including the "packet", are electronically accessible on the City's portal at /Portal/.
