The Commissioners Workshop Meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 9, 2020, at 9 a.m. in the City Hall Commissioners Room on the second floor. The meeting agenda includes:
1. Call to Order

5. City Manager’s Report
6. City Solicitor’s Report
7. Old Business
A. Review upcoming parking changes previously recommended by Commissioners.
B. Review and advise permits approved to AT&T for current site plan and design for two WTF.
C. Discussion of updated changes to gross floor area ordinance as edited by City Solicitor Mandalas based on feedback from Commissioners.
8. New Business
A. Discussion of results received from auditing firms responding to City of Rehoboth Beach's request for proposal to audit City's financial statements for a 3-year period and resulting recommendation from the Audit Committee.

11. Determine future meeting dates.

Citizen comment regarding Old Business and New Business will be heard during each agenda topic after discussion by the Commissioners or at the discretion of the Chair. Correspondence (relating to agenda items) and any additional documents relating to agenda items must be submitted no later than two full business days prior to the date and time of commissioner meetings.
