A. Executive Session for the Mayor & Commissioners to receive legal advice and opinion from the City Solicitor regarding potential litigation relating to the calculation of Gross Floor Area under Chapter 270 of the Municipal Code, as permitted by 29 Del.C. Section 10004(b)(4).
