13. Permit of Compliance Hearing - Request by Ronald E. Lankford of The Sands Inc. to modify the floor plan of an existing restaurant serving alcoholic beverages with a patio known as "The Sandcrab Beach Bar", pursuant to the City of Rehoboth Beach Municipal Code, Sections 215-11 - Modification of Floor Plan and 270-19(A) - Use Restrictions; Patios. The restaurant is located at 101 North Boardwalk.

A. Consideration and possible vote on adoption of an ordinance to amend Chapter 270 as it relates to administrative grant of dimensional variances.
B. Consideration and possible vote on adoption of an ordinance to adopt the 2018 International Codes.
C. Consideration and possible vote on adoption of ordinance to amend Chapter 51 - Planning Commission as it relates to requirements to be nominated as a member.
D. Continued discussion of priorities for upcoming budget season.

A. Discussion of RBHA/SOLA3 request for single-use plastic ban in the City.
