Commissioners Workshop Meeting Dec. 9

The Commissioners Workshop Meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 9, 2019, at 9 a.m. in the City Hall Commissioners Room on the second floor. The meeting agenda includes:

9. Presentation by Parking Advisory Committee regarding 2020 seasonal suggestions.

10. Presentation by SOLA3 relating to organizational update.

11. Old Business

A. Re-introduction, presentation and discussion from Trans U Inc., Jolly Trolley, relating to a proposal for a Rehoboth Beach Shuttle partnership.

B. Wastewater Phase III A & B update.

C. Continued discussion and updated version of proposed amendment to Chapter 270 as it relates to administrative grant of dimensional variances.

D. Continued discussion of adoption of 2018 International Codes.

12. New Business

A. Discuss possible ordinance to reflect any discrepancies with interpretation of gross floor area for commercial and residential.

B. Discussion of amendments to Chapter 88 - Animals of the City Code.

C. Discussion of requirements to be nominated as a member of Board of Adjustment and/or Planning Commission.
