A. Continued discussion by Merje Design on draft wayfinding design and necessary steps to move the project forward.

B. Continued review and discussion of draft administrative variance ordinance.

C. Discuss potential amendments to Section 270-46.1.2 relating to Wireless Communications Facilities and the approval of special exceptions thereunder.

New Business

A. Presentation by Todd Fritchman, President of Envirotech Environmental Consulting concerning current status and treatment of Silver Lake and Lake Gerar.

B. Discussion of Appointments

E. Discussion of guidelines and criteria on participation in City Commissions, Boards & Committees.

F. Discussion of agreement with DelDOT to award the City of Rehoboth Beach $300,000 for the Grove Park Canal Access Project.

G. Discussion of draft water tower lease agreement between the City of Rehoboth Beach and Verizon Wireless to place apparatus on City-owned property.
