A Commissioners Special Meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 9, 2019, immediately following the Workshop Meeting in the City Hall Commissioners Room on the second floor.
The purpose of this Special Meeting is for the:
A. Consideration and possibly vote to award the bid related to the Delaware Avenue Stormwater Pipe Rehabilitation.
B. Discussion and consideration of vote to amend the Municipal Code, Chapter 270, Section 270-4 and inserting a new Section 270-46.1.2 relating to the location, placement, construction and maintenance of tower-based wireless communications facilities, non-tower wireless communications facilities and small wireless communications facilities and the regulation of such facilities.
C. Discussion and consideration of a vote to advance and award a new servicing agreement for City-owned water towers.
