The Commissioners Workshop Meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 6, 2019, immediately following the Special Meeting at 9 a.m. in the City Hall Commissioners Room on the second floor. The meeting agenda includes:

Old Business
A. Update, permitting requirements and current status of Grove Park Canal Access Project by Matthew Spong, Landscape Architectural Services.
B. Further discussion on the subject of creating an administrative variance and consideration of a draft ordinance.
C. Additional discussion of possible path forward concerning possibility of construction of a parking garage at City Hall/Convention Center parking lot.
New Business
A. Discussion of the Commissioners on the path forward of the Clear Space Project as well as Commissioners' visions for future commercial construction projects. Also, discussion of alternative on-street and off-street parking requirements at areas in close proximity to the Rehoboth Avenue traffic circle.
B. Discussion of path forward with licensing agreements of City property and more specificity with screening of trash/gas receptacles presently on City property.
C. Discussion of possible amendment to Section 92-29 of the City Code regarding "head-in parking" and Section 92-69 of the City Code regarding parking meter zones.*
D. Discussion of potential ideas towards creating a pedestrian mall at the eastern end of Rehoboth Avenue.

*Item 7(C) was amended to include discussion of Section 92-69 of the City Code regarding parking meter zones which was inadvertently missed when posting the original agenda.
