Commissioners Special Meeting May 6

A Commissioners Special Meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 6, 2019, at 9 a.m. in the City Hall Commissioners Room on the second floor. 

The purpose of this Special Meeting is for the:

A. Discussion and possible vote to approve additional borrowing of funds from Sussex County to perform additional operational needs at the wastewater treatment plant for Phase 3 of plant upgrades.

B. Further discussion and possible vote on a draft ordinance to amend Chapter 230 of the City Code relating to special events/expressive activity.
