Permit of Compliance Hearing - Request by Donald Vechery of Steamin' Blues Crabhouse LLC, to operate a new restaurant serving alcoholic beverages, to be known as "Steamin' Blues Crabhouse", pursuant to the City of Rehoboth Beach Municipal Code, Chapter 215 - Restaurants. The restaurant will be located at 29 Baltimore Avenue.
Old Business:
A. Consideration and vote on draft amendments of Chapter 46 - Personnel Ordinance of the City Code.
B. Discuss amendments to Chapter 230, Special Events and a related expressive activity ordinance.
New Business:
A. Discuss and consider the approval of a license agreement between the City and 232 Rehoboth Avenue LLC to license the encroachment of two dumpster enclosures and a propane cage in the right-of-way along the southern boundary of the property located at 230 Rehoboth Avenue.
B. Consider adoption of City Budget for the fiscal year April 1, 2019, through March 31, 2020.
C. Discussion and possible vote on water/sewer rates for the fiscal year 2020.
D. Consider accepting the recommendation of the Audit Committee approving the audit as prepared by the auditing firm Barbacane, Thornton & Co. for the City's fiscal year ended March 31, 2018.
E. Fix the time and date when the commissioners will sit as the Board of Appeals to hear appeals taken from the annual assessment as determined by the Tax Assessor.
