Permit of Compliance Hearing for Agave Restaurant Dec. 21

A Public Hearing will be held by the City of Rehoboth Beach Mayor and Commissioners on Friday, December 21, 2018, at 3:00 p.m. in the City Hall Commissioner Room on the second floor, 229 Rehoboth Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

The Mayor and Commissioners will publicly hear and determine a Permit of Compliance and Supplemental Permit of Compliance request by Michael Firetti and Chris McKeown of Agave Management Group LLC, to operate a new restaurant serving alcoholic beverages with a patio, to be known as "Agave Restaurant", pursuant to the City of Rehoboth Beach Municipal Code, Chapter 215 - Restaurants and Section 270-19 - Use Restrictions - Restaurants, Patios.  The restaurant will be located at 230 Rehoboth Avenue.
