A Commissioners Special Meeting Nov. 5

A Commissioners Special Meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 5, 2018, at 11 a.m., in the City Hall Commissioners Room on the second floor. The purpose of this Special Meeting is to:

A. Conduct an Executive Session for the purpose of discussing the content of documents excluded from the definition of "public record" under the Freedom of Information Act as permitted by 29 Del.C. Section 10004(b)(6) and for the purpose of preliminary discussions on site acquisitions for any publicly funded capital improvements, or sales or leases of real estate property as permitted by 29 Del.C.Section 10004(b)(2).
