A Commissioners Special Meeting is scheduled for Friday, November 2, 2018, at 10 a.m., in the City Hall Commissioners Room on the second floor. The purpose of this Special Meeting is to:
A. Conduct an Administrative Appeal Hearing pursuant to Section 253-20 of the Municipal Code of the City of Rehoboth Beach regarding the decision of the Parks & Shade Tree Commission at its meeting on October 22, 2018, for the property located at 318 Country Club Drive, owned by John McKenna, Winifred McKenna, and Mary Ann Sartain.
Note: This item may include an Executive Session to receive legal advice and opinion from an attorney-at-law as permitted by 29 Del.C. §10004(b)(4).
