Commissioners Special Meeting March 23

A commissioners special meeting is scheduled for 9 am on Friday, March 23, in the City Hall Commissioners Room, second floor. The meeting agenda includes:

• A strategy session to update the commissioners on collective bargaining to secure a new contract with the bargaining representative of the city's police officers. 
• *This item may include an executive session since it involves a strategy in regards to collective bargaining as permitted by 29 Del.C. Section 10004(b)(4).
• Consider authorizing the execution of a collective bargaining agreement with the Teamsters Union on behalf of the city's full-time, uniformed police officers.
• Consider adoption of an ordinance amending Chapter 92, Sections 92-38, 92-49, 92-54, 92-263 and 92-264 relating to parking rates, restrictions and enforcement measures.
• Consider adoption of proposed Convention Center rates and pavilion and park fees to begin 2019.
