Water Restored - Henlopen Avenue (between Second Street and Grove Street)

Water service has been restored on Henlopen Avenue between Second Street and Grove Street. The Water Department staff have completed repairs. In most cases, when the water pressure returns, you will need to run the cold water tap for a few minutes to clear the pipes.
