Commissioners Workshop Meeting & Special Budget Meeting March 5

A special meeting will be held on Monday, March 5, beginning at 9 am, to discuss and possibly vote to approve a change order associated with the A-Del Construction force main contract. The commissioners will also consider at this meeting approval of proposed Convention Center rates. Following this special meeting, the commissioners will be discussing at their workshop meeting committee reports from the Mayor’s Advisory Committee on Trees, Streets & Transportation and Boardwalk & Beach. On the agenda are presentations on the Grove Park Canal Access Project, Beautification and the WhyFly Network for a Broader Smart City. The meeting will be held in the City Hall Commissioners Room. A special budget meeting is scheduled following the workshop meeting beginning at 1 pm. The commissioners will hear from the Singer Group regarding a compensation and classification study.
