Commissioners Special Meeting & Regular Meeting Dec. 15

Commissioners will be discussing the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) 2019-2023 at a special meeting Friday, Dec. 15,

 to coordinate financing and timing of proposed capital improvements. The CIP contains a list of capital projects proposed for the City of Rehoboth Beach within the next five years (2019-2023) and reflects the recommendations of Department Heads, the Board of Commissioners, and City Manager Sharon Lynn. The CIP provides the summary description, estimated cost, methods of financing, and a scheduled implementation for each capital improvement project. It is anticipated that the completed document will be utilized as a tool for the development of annual capital expenditure budgets. The meeting will be held in the City Hall Commissioners Room beginning at 3 pm.
