The apparent low bidder for the Effluent Pumping Station at $1,768,555 is Allan Myers, headquartered in Worcester, Pennsylvania, with a construction office in Dover. A-Del Construction of Newark, Delaware, was the apparent low bidder for the Force Main at $5,700,447.
