Property Tax Assessment

Sharon Lynn, City Manager of the City of Rehoboth Beach, announced that the 2016-2017 Tax Assessment List is available for review in the Administrative Office of City Hall.

During construction, City Hall is located in the middle trailer behind the Rehoboth Beach Fire Station. Access to the parking lot is off of Lake Avenue.

Any taxable property owner of the City of Rehoboth Beach, whose property assessment value has changed since 2014, may file a notice of appeal between June 13, 2016 and July 15, 2016.

The property tax assessment value appeal forms are available at City Hall, or the form can be downloaded from the City’s website at www.cityofrehoboth.com.
