On Thursday, June 25, 2015 at 1:00pm, Rehoboth Police responded to the Oceanus Motel in reference to a suspicious person complaint. During the course of the investigation it was determined that Kevin J. Minor, 42 of Wilmington grabbed a 6 year old female subject by the waist and dunked her several times in the pool causing alarm to the victim and the victim’s mother.
Minor, who was determined to be intoxicated, did not know the victim or victim’s mother. Minor was charged with Reckless Endangering 2nd Degree, Offensive Touching and Disorderly Conduct.
Minor was evicted from the motel and remanded to Sussex Correctional Institute in default of a $2000 secured bond.
