Taylour Tedder is Rehoboth Beach's city manager, responsible for day-to-day operations of the city and for implementing the policies and vision established by the Board of Commissioners. Tedder joined the city in May 2024. He previously was city manager in Boulder City, Nevada.

A Midwest native, Tedder holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Wichita State University and a bachelor's degree in economics from Emporia State University. He is an ICMA (International City/County Management Association) credentialed manager and a certified economic developer through the International Economic Development Council.
