Rehoboth Beach Police Department officers and staff work to preserve life and property; enforce federal, state, and local laws in an impartial manner; and maintain a safe and peaceful environment for residents and guests of Rehoboth Beach. The Rehoboth Beach Police Department currently employs 19 full-time officers and 11 full-time communications specialists. The department also employs seasonal police officers to augment our full-time staff during the busy tourist season.
