Permit of Compliance Hearing for 101 North Boardwalk Dec. 20

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A Public Hearing will be held by the City of Rehoboth Beach Mayor and Commissioners on Friday, December 20, 2016, at 3:00 p.m. in the City Hall Commissioners Room on the second floor, 229 Rehoboth Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

The Mayor and Commissioners will publicly hear and determine a Permit of Compliance request by Ronald E. Lankford of The Sands Inc. to modify the floor plan of an existing restaurant serving alcoholic beverages with a patio known as “The Sandcrab Beach Bar”, pursuant to the City of Rehoboth Beach Municipal Code, Sections 215-11 – Modifications of Floor Plan and 270-19(A) - Use Restrictions; Patios. The restaurant is located at 101 North Boardwalk.
