The City of Rehoboth Beach is currently seeking a part-time Police Clerk
Nature of Work
Under the direction of the Chief of Police, this position performs routine and general clerical duties for the Police Department with an emphasis on police statistics and record-keeping as well as the administration of county, state, and federal grant funds. Confidentiality is a critical component of this position. The position requires knowledge of legal terminology, business math, and proficiency in Excel & Microsoft Word. Applicants are required to have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. Applicant must pass a criminal background check. Work hours are Mon-Fri. 8 a.m.–12 noon.
