Mayor & Commissioners Permit of Compliance Hearing for 29 Baltimore Avenue - March 15

A Public Hearing will be held by the City of Rehoboth Beach Mayor and Commissioners on Friday, March 15, 2019, at 3:00 p.m. in the City Hall Commissioners Room on the second floor, 229 Rehoboth Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

The Mayor and Commissioners will publicly hear and determine a Permit of Compliance request by Donald Vechery of Steamin' Blues Crabhouse LLC, to operate a new restaurant serving alcoholic beverages, to be known as "Steamin' Blues Crabhouse", pursuant to the City of Rehoboth Beach Municipal Code, Chapter 215 - Restaurants. The restaurant will be located at 29 Baltimore Avenue.
