DelDOT Traffic Alert - Daytime Lane Closures on Silver Lake Drive for Replacement of Lights on Silver Lake Bridge

WHEN:  9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. weekdays

September 30, 2019, through mid-November, pending weather.

WHERE:  Silver Lake Drive (Bridge over Silver Lake) between Lake Drive and Robinsons Drive, Rehoboth.

WHAT:  The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists that temporary lane closures will occur on Silver Lake Drive for the replacement of the existing lighting system on the bridge. Flaggers will be on-site to direct motorists.

This work will be performed in two stages with underground work beginning on September 30, 2019.  Aerial crews will be performing Stage 2 later in the winter. DelDOT will be sending out another notice when Stage 2 begins.
