The Commissioners Workshop Meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 9, 2019, at 9 a.m. in the City Hall Commissioners Room on the second floor. The meeting agenda includes:

A. Update from Parking Garage Task Force of progress made and recommendation to move forward with a Request for Information (RFI).

B. Continued discussion to amend the Municipal Code, Chapter 270, Section 270-4 relating to the location, placement, construction and maintenance of tower-based wireless communications facilities, non-tower wireless communications facilities and small wireless communications facilities and the regulation of such facilities.

C. Presentation by Evan Miller on DelDOT Mobile App.

D. Review and discuss draft administrative variance.

New Business

A. Discussion of a new servicing agreement for City-owned water towers.
