A.  Discussion and consideration of establishing a bamboo ordinance - Dennis Jeney.

B. Discussion and presentation by Jody Backes, Regional Sales Manager of T-2 Systems, regarding meter pay stations and online permitting.

C. Proposal to be considered naming the new sidewalk from Second Street to City Hall parking lot after Steve Elkins - Byrne/Schlosser.
