The Commissioners of Rehoboth Beach Virtual Regular Meeting will be held on Friday, October 16, 2020, at 2 p.m.

11. Permit of Compliance Hearing - Request by Bobby Gulab of BCG Management LLC as a change in the name of the restaurant from "G" to "Sussex Public House" and to modify the floor plan of an existing restaurant serving alcoholic beverages with a patio pursuant to the Municipal Code, Chapter 215 - Restaurants and Section 270-19 - Use Restrictions; Restaurants; Patios.  The restaurant and patio are located at 234 Rehoboth Avenue.

A. Update on Grove Park Canal Access Project including financials and timeline for completion.

B. Update on Lake Avenue Phase 2 Streetscape Project.

C. Update on pending new recycling program on the Boardwalk.

Citizen comments regarding Old Business, New Business, and Committee Reports will be heard during each agenda topic after initial discussion by the Board of Commissioners or at the discretion of the Chair and prior to any vote being taken.  Speakers shall state their name and address.  Comments are limited to three (3) minutes or at the discretion of the Chair.  Comments on non-agenda items will be heard under "Citizen Comment".

**The Board of Commissioners is holding this meeting under the authority issued by Governor John C. Carney through Proclamation No. 17-3292.(1)  The meeting will be conducted using video-conference technology.

Members of the public wishing to speak will be required to pre-register with Ann Womack, City Secretary, at [email protected] at least two (2) full business days prior to the meeting.

Citizen comments will be administered by a moderator to ensure everyone has an opportunity to comment.  You will not be able to speak until called upon by the moderator.

Registered members of the public joining the meeting on the phone or by computer will be provided an opportunity to make comments.  Citizen comments regarding Old Business, New Business, and Committee Reports will be heard during each agenda item after discussion by the Board of Commissioners or at the discretion of the Chair and prior to any vote being taken.  Speakers shall state their name and address.  Comments are limited to three (3) minutes or at the discretion of the Chair.  Comments on non-agenda items will be heard under "Citizen Comment".

The City will stream this meeting using the same technology it uses for its chamber broadcast that can be viewed on the City portal at /Portal/ or YouTube.  This stream will broadcast the meeting, the public will not be able to comment or speak using this broadcast.  This stream will experience a 30-second delay.

The Board of Commissioners meeting materials, including the "packet", are electronically accessible on the City's portal at /Portal/.
