Commissioners Special Workshop Meeting Dec. 7

A Commissioners Special Workshop Meeting is scheduled for Friday, December 7, 2018, at 9 a.m., in the City Hall Commissioners Room on the second floor. The purpose of this Special Workshop Meeting is to:

A. Discussion of a new replacement Commissioner, a new Secretary of the Board of Commissioners, a new liaison to Main Street and a new Chair of the Bandstand/Convention Hall/Special Events Committee.

B. Discussion on appointment of Chair and members of Personnel Committee.

C. Further discuss the implementation of parking recommendations from Parking Advisory Committee for the upcoming 2019 season.
