Commissioners Special Budget Workshop Meeting March 9

A Commissioners Special Budget Workshop Meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 9, 2020, at 1 p.m. The meeting is in the City Hall Commissioners Room on the second floor. The meeting agenda includes:

1. Call to Order

2. Roll Call

3. Correspondence (relating to agenda items only)

4. Continued discussion of draft budget for fiscal year 2020/2021 as presented by City Manager.

5. Citizen Comment

6. Adjournment

AGENDA ITEMS MAY BE CONSIDERED OUT OF SEQUENCE

Citizen comments will be heard during agenda topic after discussion by the Commissioners or at the discretion of the Chair.  Speakers shall state their name and address.  Comments are limited to three (3) minutes or at the discretion of the Chair.

Correspondence (relating to agenda item) and any additional documents relating to agenda item must be submitted no later than two full business days prior to the date and time of Commissioner meetings.
