Public Hearing on and consideration of a proposed ordinance to amend Section 270-69 of the City's Zoning Code relating to the conversion of violations of Article VII, Signs, from criminal to civil offenses.

A. Further discussion and possible vote on No Smoking areas amendment to Chapter 224.

New Business

Consideration and vote on a Resolution setting a public hearing on an Ordinance to amend Chapter 270 - Zoning of the Municipal Code relating to the location, placement, construction and maintenance of tower-based wireless communications facilities, non-tower wireless communications facilities and small wireless communications facilities and regulations related thereto.
