Old Business
A. Further discussion of mixed-use within the City of Rehoboth Beach.
B. Further discussion of amendments to Chapter 230, Special Events/Expressive Activity.
C. Consider and vote on resolution to adopt Sussex County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan.
D. Consider and vote on adoption of proposed amendment to Section 206, Pool Ordinance and revision to annual safety certification for rental pool license application.
E. Discussion and vote on proposed amendments to Section 220-2(A)(2), (3) and (B) regarding water and Section 220-27(A), (B) and (C) regarding wastewater rates.
F. Further discussion on a draft ordinance for administrative variance.
G. Consideration and vote on a license agreement between the City and 232 Rehoboth Avenue LLC to license the encroachment of two dumpster enclosures and a propane cage in the right-of-way along the southern boundary of the property located at 230 Rehoboth Avenue.
New Business
A. Consider amending the City Code to make Performing Arts Center a permitted use in the commercial districts and to provide for off-street parking requirements.
