City of Rehoboth Beach seeks applicants for the Planning Commission and other Committees

The City of Rehoboth Beach is seeking applicants for membership on the Planning Commission, five committees and one task force.

The City desires individuals who would like to take an active role in maintaining and enhancing Rehoboth Beach as an enjoyable and beautiful city in which to visit, work, and live. Rehoboth Beach has been known for years as the “Nation’s Summer Capital,” and also has been named a “Tree City USA” by the Arbor Day Foundation.

Membership opportunities are available on the following:  Planning Commission; Trees & Green Infrastructure Committee; Boardwalk & Beach Committee; Environment Committee; Streets & Transportation Committee; Animal Issues Committee; and Wilmington-Baltimore Avenue Streetscape Task Force.

Nominees for membership are selected by the Mayor and Commissioners.
