City of Rehoboth Beach seeks applicants for boards and committees

The City of Rehoboth Beach is currently seeking applicants to volunteer to serve on a city board or committee. By participating as a citizen volunteer, you will have an opportunity to become involved in the decision-making process within our city government. Members serving on boards and committees shall possess sufficient knowledge, experience, and background necessary to completely serve the board or committee to which they are appointed. There are varying degrees of commitment, and membership requirements differ depending on the board or committee. Currently, the city is accepting applications for the following boards and committees:

Animal Issues Committee

Audit Committee

Bandstand/Convention Hall/Special Events (Tourism) Committee

Board of Adjustment

Boardwalk & Beach Committee

Mayor’s Advisory Committee on Trees

Ordinance Committee

Parking Advisory Committee

Parks & Shade Tree Commission

Planning Commission

Streets & Transportation Committee

Interested individuals should submit an application to the City Secretary. Applications are available on the city website at cityofrehoboth.civicweb.net/portal and in the City Secretary’s office at City Hall, 229 Rehoboth Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, Delaware 19971.
