City Hall Temporarily Closed After Employees Test Positive for COVID-19

Two employees at Rehoboth Beach City Hall have tested positive for the coronavirus. The employees last worked Tuesday, December 29, at City Hall.

The facility is now closed as the staff undergoes self-quarantine and the office goes through deep cleaning.

The Rehoboth Beach City Hall will remain closed to the public and will reopen Monday, January 4, for appointments only.

Meanwhile, City Hall services and employees working remotely can be accessed by phone, email, and online. For a list of office contact information, visit www.cityofrehoboth.com/government/departments. Residents are encouraged to use the Citizen Self-Service Portal for making utility billing payments. Payments may also be made by US mail and the drop box located outside City Hall.

The Rehoboth Beach Police Department is continuing to respond to calls for service. Please contact non-emergency police dispatch at 302-227-2577 and in the event of an emergency call 9-1-1.
