6th Street Stormwater Manhole Damage

In the last 24 hours a large tree uprooted at the stormwater manhole site at the corner of 6th Street and Canal Street. The City Streets Dept. has cordoned off the area and is building up the earthen berm at the site to prevent additional damage and working with DNREC to have a contractor work at the site to repair the stormwater manhole damage and to remove the tree.
