The Rehoboth Beach Board of Commissioners will hold a meeting at 9 am Tuesday, April 19, in the Commissioners Room on the second floor of City Hall. The agenda includes two public hearings regarding a permit of compliance for Above the Dunes, previously known as Green Turtle Sports Bar & Grill, and possible amendments to chapter 270 of the City Code regarding tower-based wireless communications facilities.
