A pre-Application conference and Site Tour will be held at 9:00 a.m., November 17, 2016, at the City of Rehoboth Beach Fire Department, Station 86, located at 219 Rehoboth Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971. This meeting is to allow Applicants an opportunity to become familiar with the requirements of the Work. ATTENDANCE IS NOT MANDATORY. Minutes of the meeting will not be recorded or published. Interested offerors are urged to attend. THIS IS THE ONLY TOUR THAT WILL BE PROVIDED.
FUNDING FOR THIS PROJECT COMES FROM A FEDERALLY ASSISTED LOAN ADMINISTERED BY STATE RESOURCES AUTHORITY. BIDDERS AND CONTRACTORS SELECTED TO PEFORM WORK UNDER THIS CONTRACT ARE BOUND BY THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE DELAWARE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL REVOLVING LOAN FUND AND THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY’S WATER POLLUTION CONTROL REVOLVING FUND. THE APPLICANT'S ATTENTION IS CALLED TO THE SPECIFIC MBE/WBE, DAVIS BACON ACT, AMERICAN IRON AND STEEL, AND PREVAILING WAGE REQUIREMENTS CONTAINED IN THAT REGULATION.
