Comprehensive Development Plan – Survey Input Request
To better understand current and future conditions, the City of Rehoboth Beach is updating its Comprehensive Development Plan (“CDP”), which is the state-mandated principal document outlining the City’s goals and policies regarding future growth and management of all resources.
The City is seeking your input on several topics located in the Rehoboth Beach City limits. Please see the City limit map below to review prior to participating in the survey:

Three separate survey options have been provided to gain public input. Please review the survey options and click on the applicable choice then complete your survey:
- Community – Resident and / or non-commercial landowner in the City
- Business – Business owners, employee or commercial property owner within the City
- Visitor Survey – Visitor to the City.
If you prefer to fill the survey out in written format, paper copies are available at City Hall and can be returned to the same location upon completion: 229 Rehoboth Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971.
The survey period opens July 1, 2019 and closes August 30, 2019.
